1. About this Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how EXO ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Silly Smile Live Wallpaper mobile application (the "App") on iOS. For the purposes of the EU/UK GDPR, EXO is the data controller for the personal data described here. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

The App has no sign-up and does not ask you for your name, email, or contacts. We do not knowingly collect data that directly identifies you. We do collect the following automatically:

Only if you contact us by email (e.g., for support) do we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

The App may request permission to save a wallpaper to your Photos. Images you save stay on your device; we do not receive them.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:

4.1 Google Firebase (Google LLC)

Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and Cloud Messaging help us understand usage, diagnose crashes, configure features remotely, and deliver notifications. See Firebase Privacy and Google Privacy Policy.

4.2 Advertising — Google AdMob & mediation

We display ads via Google AdMob (Google LLC), which may mediate demand from Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms, Inc.), Mintegral, Pangle (ByteDance), Unity Ads, ironSource, and Vungle (Liftoff). These partners may process your advertising identifier, truncated IP address, and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads. See: Google Ads, Meta, Mintegral, Pangle, Unity, ironSource, Vungle/Liftoff.

4.3 Adjust (attribution)

We use Adjust GmbH to measure marketing attribution and analytics (e.g., which campaign led to an install). Adjust processes device and event data. See Adjust Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising & Tracking

5.1 iOS — App Tracking Transparency

On first launch we show Apple's ATT prompt asking whether you allow tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using your IDFA. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5.2 EU/EEA/UK — Consent (CMP)

If you are in the EEA/UK we present a Google-certified consent message (UMP) so you can accept or reject personalized advertising. Non-personalized ads are shown if you do not consent.

5.3 US — "Do Not Sell or Share"

Some data sharing for advertising may be considered a "sale" or "share" under US state laws. You can limit this by declining ATT and by using your device's ad-personalization controls. To make a request, email us (Section 10).

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the limited data above with the service providers in Section 4 to operate the App and show ads, and we may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

7. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained per Firebase defaults (up to 14 months); crash logs up to 90 days; advertising data per each ad partner's policy. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (including encryption in transit via HTTPS) and rely on the security practices of our providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. International Data Transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Your Rights

10.1 EU/EEA/UK (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing, and to data portability and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10.2 California (CCPA/CPRA) & other US states

You have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of "sale"/"sharing" and limit use of sensitive information. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

10.3 How to exercise

Email thongintech@gmail.com. Because the App has no account, we may rely on your device/advertising identifier to action a request. We respond within the timeframes required by law.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us.

12. Push Notifications

If you opt in, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push to send notifications (e.g., new wallpapers). You can turn these off anytime in iOS Settings.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
