Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading, installing, or using Goods Sort, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old. If you cannot legally consent where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve and supervise your use.

2. License

EXO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use Goods Sort for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules. No ownership right is transferred.

3. Acceptable use

You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, exploit, automate, cheat, introduce malicious code, interfere with the app, manipulate rewards, or attempt unauthorized access, except where law prohibits that restriction.

4. Gameplay and virtual items

Coins, boosters, stars, streaks, rewards, and other virtual items have no cash value, are not transferable, and create no ownership rights. EXO may correct errors, prevent duplicate rewards, rebalance gameplay, or reset invalid local transactions. Local progress may be lost if the app is deleted, storage is cleared, a device is replaced, or software fails. The current release has no paid products or subscriptions.

5. Availability and updates

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app, subject to law. Offline operation, compatibility, and progress may be affected by operating-system changes, deletion, storage failure, or unsupported modifications.

6. Intellectual property

The app, code, art, audio, design, trademarks, and related content are owned by EXO or its licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goods Sort is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible operation. EXO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for loss of data or profits. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of what you paid in the preceding 12 months or USD $100. Non-waivable rights remain unaffected.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app by deleting it. Your license ends automatically if you materially violate these Terms. Intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions survive termination.

9. Governing law

Hong Kong law governs these Terms without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law provides another forum.

10. Apple App Store addendum

1. These Terms are between you and EXO, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or content.
2. The license is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control as permitted by Apple Media Services Terms, including permitted Family Sharing.
3. EXO, not Apple, provides maintenance and support.
4. If the app fails an applicable warranty, Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation to the maximum extent permitted.
5. EXO handles product, compliance, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property claims relating to the app.
6. You represent that you are not in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a restricted-party list.
7. You must comply with applicable third-party terms.
8. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce these Terms after acceptance.

11. Google Play addendum

If you obtained Goods Sort through Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play's terms and policies. Google is not responsible for maintenance or support. EXO remains responsible for the app, its content, support, and related claims.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above and provide any notice required by law. Continued use constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
